Quotations

Quotations are based on the information you provide about the space, its size and condition. If the actual scope differs significantly on the day — for example, a larger area or heavier soiling than described — we will discuss any change with you before continuing.

Bookings and scheduling

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, scope, date and time with you. Please tell us as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Access and preparation

Please ensure our team has access to the premises at the agreed time, and access to water and electricity where the service requires it. Valuables and fragile items should be put away before the service begins. For pest control, please follow the precautions we explain before treatment.

Results and limitations

We work to the agreed scope using methods suited to each surface. Some stains, marks, wear or damage may be permanent and cannot be fully removed; where we can identify this beforehand, we will tell you. Results for marble polishing and stain treatment depend on the condition and type of the surface.

Feedback and concerns

We walk through the finished work with you before we leave. If you notice something within the agreed scope that has been missed, please tell us at the time or contact us promptly so we can address it.

Payments

Payment terms, including any advance, are confirmed with your quotation.
